In
order to pursue the approvals of the working groups
of the Irrigation and Drainage Committee the necessity
of regional committees were specified, so in accordance
with the recommendations of executive council and approvement
of high council, 7 regional committees were established
in 10 important provinces.
The
Executive Council has provided the terms of reference
for the regional committees which has been approved
by the high council. It is clear that those committees
by collecting all the information and identifying the
projects related to water in the province and transferring
the policies of national committee working groups can
help much to ascertain the aims of IRNCID.
