Visa Issuance:
In order to obtain visa, all participants must download and complete visa request form and send it to the organizer along with a copy of their valid passports by email to pim2007@gmail.com .

Visa issuance process will last one month or more depending on cases. Therefore, all requested documents must be received by the organizer on time. Organizer will not be responsible for the late coming documents and requests.

It is compulsory for Respectable Participants to register for the conference ( online or by downloading persons registration form ) whether as an audience, a lecturer, a special guest, an accompanying person or submitting papers. If this registration is not completed, your registration type and requests on hotel accommodation, tour participation and payment options will not be attended by the organizer.  

Hotels & Accommodation:
In order to offer most suitable accommodation options for our valuable participants, the organizer is suggesting two following hotels.
Note: If participants want the organizer to reserve and arrange for their hotels, they have to mention their proper choice in the conference registration form . Otherwise, participants can arrange their own hotel reservations if they like.

• Esteghlal Hotel (Strongly Recommended)
  The hotel is located in a beautiful area in the northern part of city, neighboring the conference venue just 15 minutes walk away. This 5 stars hotel has got two eastern and western towers with 542 equipped rooms.

  The organizer with cooperation of hotel management has arranged a 20% discount as a special offer for conference guests. The fixed prices are in below Table:

  * If participants select a hotel but do not mention the duration of stay, the reservations will be made for 5 nights stay in the hotel (from 1 st may to 5 th may).

  ** Esteghlal hotel ( East & West Towers ) is the organizer's best recommendation and for the convenience of participants, all rates of this hotel are 20% discount deducted as above.

• Tehran Grand Hotel
  This 4 star hotel with 55 equipped rooms is the second option, locating in central part of city, not very close to the conference venue. It takes around 75 minutes drive in rush hours (morning and evening) to the venue. The fixed prices for this hotel are shown in below Table:
